"I bought the pork Smoke Like a Pro kit a few weeks ago, but hadn't tried it until Father's Day. The pork was amazing. It was flavorful throughout, thanks to the injector, the rub and the hickory flavor. The instructions were easy to follow and the prep time not bad at all, especially when you consider how many people a pork butt feeds. The rub and sauce were delicious, and the injector and injector spices were key. Without them, no flavor. And, when it was finished cooking, my kids took turns wearing the gloves from the kit and pulled the pork. They had a blast. I would recommend the kit to anyone, especially someone who wants to entertain a decent sized group with little effort."
